CXDesigns was charged with developing a marketing playbook of digital strategies, a website to increase traffic/coffee bean sales and mobile order ahead platform for engaging and retaining existing customer/Loyalty activation. We established an online presence and presentation supported by a merchandising approach to optimize the brand story and product selection online. The effort resulted in significant sales growth, 70% increase in coffee beans sales and distribution online and 2X retail store visits/Beverage sales across all stores.
